For rental is our two bedroom detatched cottage, dealing direct with us the owners gives us the opportunity to provide a home from home experience. We don't just care about the major things we also care about the small subtle things. Our Beach Bay Cottage is situated on the beautiful North Yorkshire coast near Filey.
Historically part of the East Riding of Yorkshire, it is part of the borough of Scarborough, situated between Scarborough and Bridlington.
Our holiday rental is situated within a peaceful community known as "The bay holiday village- Filey". The community has a great historical piece of history that it has been built on the grounds of the once famous Holiday camp "Butlins of Filey".

We have stayed at this lovely place a number of times now. It’s a cut above the normal holiday let and very much a home from home with lots of extras that don’t usually come with a holiday cottage and help make the stay even better. Everything you could possibly need and more. Plenty of room and absolutely spotless. You can park up to the door and it’s situated in a great position. We love to have a barbecue and enjoy the outside of the property. Plenty to do on site if you wish but equally easy to relax, drink wine and do nothing. We love walking down to the Beach and along to Filey and also catching the bus just outside the Bay and going to Bridlington or Scarborough. Great Pub and Restaurant on site and plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. Easy booking process and great friendly owners who don’t have 101 rules like some places have. Can’t recommend Beach Bay Cottage enough, it’s a place you will go to and want to return again and again just like we do. Carol & Ian Tunstall
Amy Pickering Just had a Fab long weekend stay here with our little family. It really is home from home, there is everything and more at this property, you literally don't need to take a thing. The place is really modern and clean too. Close to the beach. The pub on site serves lovely food, but also other places in driving distance. Will hopefully be back, with our dog as she would love it, really dog friendly 🙂. Thanks for a lovely stay xx
Beautiful cottage and spotlessly clean... 5 minute walk to the beach and also pub and restaurant on site, pharmacy and leisure centre, also do spa treatments! We stayed for a few nights.. my 4 year old daughter has loved it especially the beach and so have we! While we was here we went to flamingo land which was 50 minute drive l.. Scarborough and brid not too far either and you can also catch the bus if you wanted to go for the day near by! Shoana Farman
We have just returned from a wonderful weekend at Beach Bay cottage... a truly lovely place, spotlessly clean and in beautiful surroundings, we couldn't have asked for a more welcoming and homely place to stay, beautifully furnished and everything you could need whilst we were there, the children loved it too, would highly recommend xx thank you. " Booked this beautiful cottage over the New Year period great location home from home. We have 2 French Bulldogs & enjoyed wonderfully refreshing walks to the Beach. pubs on site are dog friendly with great restaurants close by.
